I'm a family-oriented person, fond of watching suspense movies, and a fan of Japanese anime series. I'm not the typical outgoing type but a results-driven individual. I've been a seasoned Customer Support for ten years, two years in payroll, and almost a year in technical assistance.  Handling different roles is not easy but an advantage in acquiring knowledge and confidence. It has given me the skills to perform tasks with determination. Still, I'm open to learn new things and become a better version of myself.
